Sheratonio Terms of Use
These core terms set the rules for using Sheratonio. Additional seller, courier, subscription, payment, regulated-service or country-specific terms may apply to particular features. Mandatory local law always prevails where it cannot legally be waived.
Last updated: 24 August 20261. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information and using Sheratonio only for lawful purposes. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without authority. Business, seller and courier users must keep verification, ownership and operational information current where the platform requires it.
2. Marketplace role and transactions
Sheratonio provides technology that helps customers discover and transact with sellers and service providers. The identity of the seller or provider, item details, price, available payment methods, delivery options and other transaction-specific information should be shown in the relevant listing or checkout flow. A seller or provider remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and fulfillment of its offer unless Sheratonio expressly states otherwise for a specific service.
3. Payments, pricing and delivery
Only payment methods currently enabled for the selected market and transaction should be offered. Currency display, taxes, duties, customs charges, delivery coverage and settlement methods can differ by country. Do not treat a country selector as a promise that every payment or shipping service is active in that market.
4. Returns, refunds and disputes
Return and refund eligibility depends on the order, product or service, seller terms, platform workflow and mandatory consumer law. Use Returns & Refunds and the relevant order record to start a request. Fraudulent returns, false evidence or abuse of dispute tools are prohibited.
5. Seller, courier and provider responsibilities
Commercial users must comply with applicable licensing, consumer, product-safety, tax, employment, advertising, privacy and sector-specific requirements. Approval or verification by Sheratonio is a platform control and is not a substitute for a licence, government authorization or professional qualification required by law.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use Sheratonio for fraud, unlawful goods or services, harmful or deceptive content, impersonation, account abuse, unauthorized surveillance, security attacks, manipulation of reviews or analytics, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or interference with platform operations.
7. Emma AI and automated features
Emma and other automated tools can assist with discovery, planning and workflow guidance. Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice. High-impact actions remain subject to the permissions, approvals and confirmations built into the platform.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Sheratonio to host, display, process and deliver that content as part of the service. You must have the rights necessary to upload product images, videos, music, branding and other materials.
9. Safety, suspension and service changes
Sheratonio may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce platform rules, subject to available appeal and governance processes. Features can change as markets, integrations and legal requirements evolve. Service incidents are reported through Platform Status where appropriate.
10. Local law and additional terms
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Country-specific supplemental terms, regulated-service rules or transaction terms may apply in addition to these core terms. If a supplemental term conflicts with mandatory local law, the mandatory law controls to the extent required.
