Discover businesses, compare offers, shop or book where available, keep orders and receipts together, use support and review public business information before paying.
This is the public start-to-finish guide for customers, sellers, owners, employees and partners. Read it before you trade, and return whenever you need help finding a tool or understanding how a Sheratonio workspace works.
Feature availability can vary by business type, plan, verification, country, approval status and platform capability. This guide explains the platform without promising a feature that is not enabled for your workspace.
Discover businesses, compare offers, shop or book where available, keep orders and receipts together, use support and review public business information before paying.
Control business identity, plans, team access, storefront presentation, finance, policies and high-impact decisions for the businesses you own.
Use only the permissions assigned to you. Work inside the correct active business and do not mix inventory, customers or operations between businesses.
Use dedicated delivery workspaces, follow verification and assignment rules, protect tracking information and do not change delivery status unless the real-world event occurred.
Use your real business contact details, protect your password and complete any requested verification before accepting orders or handling money.
Create or select the business you operate. Sheratonio keeps each business workspace separate so products, customers, media, subscriptions and team access stay correctly scoped.
Add the business name, description, category, location, contact information, logo and any required verification information. Never upload documents that do not belong to you.
Check the plan attached to the active business. Features can differ by business type, subscription, country, approval state and platform capability.
Open Branding, Business Studio, Homepage, Media or Theme tools for your business. Add approved images and videos, choose a suitable theme, review typography and make sure the page looks good on phone, tablet and desktop.
Use the catalogue tools for your business type. Add accurate names, descriptions, prices, stock or availability, variants, images, policies and other information customers need before buying.
Choose the delivery, pickup, booking, reservation or service-flow options available to your business. Confirm coverage, timing and responsibilities before promising them to customers.
Use only enabled and approved payment methods. Review wallet, payout, commission, refund and transaction information from the business workspace. Never ask a customer to bypass Sheratonio controls.
Keep customer messages professional and accurate. Use CRM, notifications, order notes and approved communication tools where available. Protect customer information and never export it without a legitimate business reason.
Preview the storefront as a customer, test key actions, check prices and media, confirm policies, then begin trading. Continue monitoring orders, stock, messages, reviews, returns, payments and business health.
Open your active business, then use that business's Branding, Business Studio, Homepage, Media, Theme or Settings tools. The exact label changes by business type because a marketplace store, restaurant, hotel, travel agency, property business and beauty business need different controls.
Business name, logo, description, category, contact details and public trust information.
Upload real photos or videos from your gallery/files where supported. Use clear, current media that represents what the customer will actually receive.
Choose a readable professional theme, font direction and text balance. Always preview phone, tablet and desktop layouts.
Before publishing changes, inspect the page like a customer: headings, prices, buttons, images, policies, delivery information and contact paths should all make sense.
Use Emma to understand your dashboard, explain platform tools, summarize business information and help you decide what to do next.
Create or improve approved business images and videos, prepare product creatives, build campaign formats and reuse your Brand Kit where Studio is configured.
Ask Emma for product, inventory, fulfilment, advertising, customer and growth suggestions. Emma should use verified Sheratonio context where the feature provides it.
Some actions can be proposed by Emma but still require permission or approval. Emma should not claim that money, orders, products, advertising or sensitive settings changed unless Sheratonio actually completed the action.
Review AI output before publishing. Check prices, claims, stock, delivery promises, property or hotel facts, certifications and legal statements yourself. AI can assist you; the business remains responsible for what it publishes.
Products, menus, rooms, listings, travel offers or services depending on the business type.
Review new activity, fulfil accurately, add legitimate status updates and keep customer expectations clear.
Create offers and campaigns only with accurate pricing, dates, stock and claims. Publishing or external delivery can require separate approvals or provider connections.
Understand commissions, wallet activity, payouts, refunds and transaction records before making financial decisions.
Use customer information only for legitimate service and business purposes and respect communication preferences.
Invite employees carefully and assign the minimum permissions required for their work.
Use live selling and media tools responsibly. Moderate interactions and do not publish content you do not have permission to use.
Use performance data to improve products, service, creative quality and fulfilment rather than making unsupported claims.
Before accepting business, confirm that your account is secure, the correct business is active, verification is complete where required, your plan is valid, public information is accurate, products or services are ready, fulfilment and payment settings are understood, policies are visible, and you know where to find Emma and Support.
