Privacy Notice

This notice describes the main categories of information Sheratonio processes and the safeguards around marketplace, seller, delivery and AI experiences. Country-specific disclosures or rights may also apply.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, this can include account and profile details, contact information, business and seller records, product and order information, payment and payout references, delivery addresses and tracking events, support communications, device/session information, preferences, reviews, fraud and safety signals, and content you choose to provide to Emma or other platform tools.

We aim to collect only information needed for the feature, transaction, security obligation or service you are using.

Website analytics

Sheratonio uses first-party website analytics to understand visits, page views, traffic sources, campaign tags, broad device/browser information, language, and coarse country or city information when our hosting infrastructure provides it. Anonymous visitors are represented by random first-party visitor and session identifiers rather than an inferred real-world identity.

If you sign in to your own Sheratonio account, subsequent website activity can be associated with that account so authorized Founder controls can distinguish signed-in customers, sellers or other platform roles from anonymous traffic. Founder Visitor Analytics does not store raw IP addresses, exact GPS coordinates, browser fingerprints, passwords or authentication tokens. Detailed page-view history is limited to a 90-day retention window, and the site observer respects a browser Do Not Track setting when it is enabled.

Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; process orders, payments, returns and delivery; operate seller and service-provider workspaces; prevent abuse and fraud; provide customer support; understand website use and traffic; personalize permitted experiences; maintain platform reliability; meet legal obligations; and improve Sheratonio products and services.

Who may receive information

Information may be shared with the seller or service provider involved in your transaction, an approved delivery partner, payment or infrastructure provider, professional adviser, or authority where required by applicable law. Each recipient should receive only the information reasonably needed for its role.

International processing

Sheratonio is designed for international use. Information can therefore be processed in a country different from the one where you live when infrastructure or transaction partners are located elsewhere. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, Sheratonio should use the appropriate contractual, technical or legal mechanism for that market.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the type of record, transaction, dispute, safety requirement and applicable law. Sheratonio uses access controls, audit records, encrypted connections, controlled production secrets and database protections, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can manage certain profile, notification and service preferences inside your account. Depending on your country, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or complain to a data-protection authority. Mandatory local rights are not reduced by this notice.

Use the Support Center to start a privacy or account request so it can be connected to the correct authenticated account.

Children and changes

Services that are not intended for children should not be used by a child below the minimum age required in the relevant country without any legally required parent or guardian involvement. We may update this notice as Sheratonio expands into new markets or adds regulated services; material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law.
